Bilingual English/Spanish Position Overview We are hiring a Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity in Plant City, FL. This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive, trailer, heavy-duty truck, equipment, or industrial parts who enjoys helping customers identify the right products and solutions. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with parts identification, quotes, order processing, product availability, and technical questions. Strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish are essential. What You'll Do Assist customers by phone, email, and in person. Identify and recommend the correct trailer, truck, or related parts based on customer needs and equipment specifications. Cross-reference parts and provide replacement-part recommendations. Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, lead times, and basic applications. Prepare and process customer orders and quotes accurately. Enter and maintain order information using ERP and CRM systems. Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Assist customers with returns, warranties, credits, and exchanges. Maintain accurate customer records and communication. Build strong customer relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service. Identify appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with internal sales, warehouse, operations, and management teams. Parts Knowledge Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Trailer and heavy-duty truck parts Axles and suspension systems Brake components Wheel-end products Electrical systems Air systems Cargo control Trailer hardware and chassis components Automotive or industrial replacement parts Qualifications Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish - required High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, parts counter sales, inside sales, automotive/truck parts, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in automotive, trailer, heavy-duty truck, fleet, transportation, distribution, repair, or industrial parts is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products. Ability to read parts catalogs, diagrams, and manufacturer documentation. Comfortable using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to process orders accurately. Must be comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday. Limited travel may occasionally be required for training.
