Overview Luxe Outdoor Design Center is a 35,000 sq ft luxury showroom designed to inspire elevated outdoor living. Our space brings together premium outdoor furniture, high-performance grills and kitchens, advanced shade solutions, and wellness products including Jacuzzi® Brand hot tubs, cold plunge systems, and saunas—all thoughtfully curated to reflect sophisticated design and the South Florida lifestyle. We are seeking Sales & Design Associates who excel in a consultative environment and are passionate about guiding clients through the creation of refined, functional outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities Design and present complete outdoor living solutions tailored to client needs Consult and sell across premium product categories including furniture, shade, outdoor kitchens, and wellness products such as Jacuzzi® Brand hot tubs, cold plunge systems, and saunas Collaborate with homeowners, designers, and architects Manage projects from initial consultation through final delivery Deliver a high-touch, professional customer experience throughout the sales process Qualifications & Requirements Sales experience required; high-end retail or consultative sales preferred Design-oriented with attention to detail; background in design, furniture, or architecture is a plus Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Strong communication, phone, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook) 2+ years of office and customer service experience What We Offer Competitive compensation structure with a structured onboarding period: first 90 days at a $20/hour base rate during training, with the goal of transitioning into a higher-earning commission-based structure A unique opportunity to work within a luxury, design-focused showroom environment Access to premium global brands and exclusive product offerings Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Participation in an emerging category that blends outdoor living and wellness Position Details Full-time position based in Pompano Beach, FL Weekend availability required Immediate hiring Qualified candidates who are passionate about design, client experience, and high-end sales are encouraged to apply.
