Pay:

$18 per hour base pay

PLUS UNCAPPED

Commissions Schedule is typically Monday through Friday. No evenings. Must have weekend availability.

Your core skills in customer service, data entry, and phone etiquette will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base and drive revenue through upselling. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will further enhance your ability to deliver top-notch service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Answer customer calls to schedule maintenance and service appointments Make outbound calls, as required, to schedule customers for service or maintenance Effectively enter data into the dispatching system Efficiently resolve customer issues

Requirements:
