Full Job Description Description:
Mechanical Air Conditioning is a multi-generational, 40-year old, family-owned company dedicated to providing a customer-first experience. We are committed to delivering white-glove service for our customers by providing an unmatched commitment to their comfort with the right HVAC system, service, maintenance and indoor air quality. Pay:
$18 per hour base pay
PLUS UNCAPPED
Commissions Schedule is typically Monday through Friday. No evenings. Must have weekend availability.

Your core skills in customer service, data entry, and phone etiquette will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base and drive revenue through upselling. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will further enhance your ability to deliver top-notch service. Join our team and be a vital part of our customer-centric approach to business. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Answer customer calls to schedule maintenance and service appointments Make outbound calls, as required, to schedule customers for service or maintenance Effectively enter data into the dispatching system Efficiently resolve customer issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong written and oral communication skills required Strong data entry skills required Must be able to work in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of customers and company personnel in a friendly and professional manner All applicants are required to undergo a background check and drug screen Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
