Overview Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinical medical records system. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff.
Qualifications Required Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Education:
Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful or challenging situations in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner. Basic knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
Required Experience:
One to two (1-2) years of customer service experience required.
Preferred Experience:
Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting preferred.

All age groups.
