Audi Stuart is hiring a BDC Service Representative who turns service inquiries into booked appointments and lasting relationships. This isn't a traditional call-center job. You'll be the first voice of Audi Stuart's service department—helping owners keep their vehicles performing at their best while you build a career with clear earnings potential and real growth paths inside a top-tier automotive group. What's in it for you Competitive base pay + performance bonuses tied to appointments set and shown Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service Clear career paths within Audi Stuart and the broader Murgado Automotive Group Modern facility and tools, supportive team culture, and the prestige of representing the Audi brand on Florida's Treasure Coast Ongoing training so you can grow your skills and earnings What you'll do You'll own the customer conversation from first contact through a smooth handoff to the service team: Handle inbound service calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth Proactively reach out to customers about maintenance reminders, recalls, declined services, and specials Schedule and confirm appointments accurately while coordinating with service advisors Keep CRM and dealership systems updated so every customer interaction is documented and seamless Hit (and beat) daily/monthly appointment and contact goals while promoting service specials Deliver the kind of experience that makes Audi owners feel taken care of and eager to return Who thrives here Strong phone presence and genuine customer-service mindset Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Comfort with CRM systems and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office experience is a plus) Previous BDC, call-center, customer-service, or dealership experience preferred—but we value attitude, coachability, and communication skills most Basic familiarity with automotive service is helpful; we'll train you on Audi processes and terminology
