Approximately 20-30 hours per week Arnold's Air Conditioning of South Florida is a growing residential HVAC company serving Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Palm Beach Counties. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. This is an important position within our company. Our dispatcher helps keep our service department running efficiently by coordinating technicians, communicating with customers, and making sure the right technician gets to the right call at the right time. Responsibilities Dispatch HVAC service technicians to daily service calls Monitor technician schedules, progress, and availability throughout the day Prioritize emergency and no-cooling calls Communicate arrival times and schedule changes with customers Coordinate with technicians regarding job status and additional scheduling needs Schedule and confirm service appointments Help maximize technician productivity and minimize unnecessary drive time Maintain accurate customer and job information in our service management software Assist with incoming customer calls when needed Follow up on open service calls and outstanding jobs Communicate closely with management, technicians, installers, and office staff Help maintain a professional and positive customer experience What We're Looking For Previous dispatching experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-service industry experience is strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain organized while handling multiple calls and technicians Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly Good geographic knowledge of Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and surrounding counties Strong computer skills Experience with ServiceTitan or similar home-service software is a major plus Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Able to make good decisions independently while working as part of a team Schedule This is a part-time position of approximately 20-30 hours per week (benefits are included for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week) . Specific days and hours can be discussed based on the needs of the company and the right candidate.
