Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting shoppers and addressing inquiries Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of merchandise Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations with precision Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs (Spanish and English) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations is advantageous Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where customers feel valued!
