Overview Looking for all shifts for a new build 24 hour convenience store located on Hwy 44 and I-75 in Wildwood. All positions are part-time with full-time potential after probationary period. There will be a pay differential for all overnight team members. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customers Assist customers with their needs, providing solutions and guidance to enhance their experience. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service Support training initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional customer service skills Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. A friendly attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers and improve their experience.
