Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about insurance policies and services Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and coverage options using clear and professional communication skills Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests or provide updates on claims and policy status Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system with high accuracy and efficiency Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and promoting suitable insurance products or services when appropriate Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client experience Qualifications Active 4-40 required Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services within a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills Experience with phone communication, outbound calling, and phone etiquette to foster positive client relationships Knowledge of insurance industry terminology is beneficial but not required; training will be provided Technical proficiency with computer systems and data management tools to ensure accurate record keeping Join us to make a meaningful impact by delivering outstanding service that keeps our clients confident in their insurance choices.
