Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and courteous communication. Handle billing, collection and service inquiries as well as follow up calls and quality assurance follow ups. Utilize Office management tools and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing applications to maintain accurate records. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills, including QuickBooks for financial transactions and client record management. Organize files, process paperwork, and maintain filing systems to support office efficiency. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients. Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and ensuring overall office organization. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency in computer literacy, data entry, and office management tools such as QuickBooks is preferred. Previous experience with front desk operations or as a personal assistant is a plus. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
