Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Answer customer questions and address routine concerns. Make follow-up calls when appropriate to support customer relationships. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate team members. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
