Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Answer customer questions and address routine concerns. Make follow-up calls when appropriate to support customer relationships. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate team members. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives. Maintain a positive and professional tone during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
