This is a role we invest in training for. Our product catalog is large and detailed, and getting it right — matching customers to the correct item, options, and order details — takes real product knowledge that we'll teach you. Our internal systems are also a bit nuanced, and learning to use them accurately takes hands-on time. We're looking for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely wants to learn the ins and outs of how we operate — not someone who already has this specific experience, because no one outside our company does. What You'll Do Enter and manage customer orders accurately in our systems, from placement through fulfillment Answer customer questions and resolve complaints or warranty claims professionally and promptly Track the flow of order and shipment information between customers, our warehouse, and internal teams Coordinate with the warehouse on inbound/outbound shipments and delivery scheduling Provide backup support to our billing specialist (data entry) Assist with administrative projects as needed What Makes Someone Successful Here Comfortable staying calm and professional with customers, including when a situation is frustrating for them Genuinely detail-oriented — a wrong SKU, quantity, or address causes real downstream problems Able to hold a lot of information (product details, order status, internal procedures) and apply it consistently Manages multiple open tasks at once without letting things fall through the cracks Comfortable asking questions early in training rather than guessing
Requirements Required:
Available to work full-time, in-person Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with everyday computer use (email, spreadsheets, web-based systems) Willing and able to learn a large product catalog and multiple internal systems as part of paid training Preferred (not required): Some familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting/order-entry software (so the most basic parts don't need to be taught from scratch) Prior experience in customer service, retail, or order processing Prior data entry experience To be considered, please include your resume.Pay:
