Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient service. As a vital point of contact, you will handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide support to ensure a seamless experience for our patients seeking ENT and allergy care. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls from patients, providers, and other stakeholders. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Provide information regarding services offered, insurance policies, and appointment procedures with clarity and professionalism. Collect necessary patient information and verify insurance details to facilitate smooth check-in processes. Address patient concerns or questions with empathy and resolve issues effectively to enhance satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, follow-up calls, and documentation updates as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment; healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional tone suitable for diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, or electronic health records systems is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare administration is a plus.
