Manufacturing Description:
Duties and Requirements:
Answer and route incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Provide accurate order details, pricing, and product availability to customers Enter new sales orders into the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness Review and verify quotes, order specifications, and customer requirements Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays Process order modifications, cancellations, and return requests Pull and prepare order-related documents for production and shipping teams Maintain up-to-date customer records and internal tracking logs Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed Use ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar) for all order processing tasks Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills:
