Job Description:

Atlanta Safari Park is seeking an outgoing individual to join our guest services team. This position will be involved with greeting, assisting and accurately completing sales transactions on a register. Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions regarding the safari experience and providing additional information. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash register balancing and transaction reconciliation. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries. Keeping work area clean neat and organized. Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members effectively. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations.
