Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ford Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, proactive, and experienced in managing the complete service process in a Ford dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs. Accurately identify and document customer concerns and vehicle needs. Open, maintain, and close repair orders using CDK. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process regarding diagnostics, recommendations, costs, and completion times. Recommend maintenance and additional services based on the vehicle's needs. Coordinate closely with Technicians, Parts, and Warranty personnel to ensure an efficient repair process. Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed before vehicle delivery. Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues in a professional manner. Follow Ford standards, policies, and service procedures. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI. Meet or exceed department goals for service sales, customer retention, and overall performance. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor at a Ford dealership is required. Hands-on experience with CDK is required. Strong knowledge of automotive service, maintenance, and repair procedures. Knowledge of Ford warranty and service processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales and customer relationship skills. Valid driver's license. Availability to work dealership hours, including Saturdays as needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Preferred Experience Experience working with Ford dealership systems and processes. Knowledge of Ford Motor Company service and warranty procedures. Experience with CSI/customer satisfaction programs. Proven ability to achieve service sales and performance objectives.
