Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)

Location:

Rossville, GA Bailey's Heating & Air is seeking an immediate hire for a Temporary Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to provide maternity leave coverage. This position is expected to last approximately 3-6 months and is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules Communicate appointment updates with customers and field staff Maintain accurate customer records and work orders Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Customer service, dispatch, administrative, or call center experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and office software Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Why Join Bailey's?
