Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Specialist, Veterinary Technical Solutions for a Hybrid position with a Pharmaceutical Company located in Johns Creek, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on addressing, processing, and reviewing customer service tasks related to suspect Adverse Events (AE) and Technical Product Complaints (TPC). The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience working in a regulatory compliance environment, ensuring adherence to all principles of good product stewardship.
Responsibilities:
Address, process, and review suspect Adverse Event (AE) and Technical Product Complaint (TPC) related customer service tasks Process customer reimbursements, legal releases, arrange for product returns, and assure proper customer credits Manage team email inboxes and associated documentation Research pertinent topics, run queries, and prepare reports as requested Participate in call analysis and report trends or issues involving product usage Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers Oversee development and maintenance of department Business Processes Perform all company business in accordance with all regulations and company policy and procedures
Requirements:
Associate's degree (Business, Life Science, or related field); Bachelor's Degree preferred Three (3) years of experience working in a customer service, GMP compliance, or complaint handling environment Strong customer service background with experience in validated systems Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and databases; SAP experience is preferred Good organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to operate effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility Basic understanding of veterinary practice issues and procedures Must be able to understand and apply relevant GMPs and have an understanding of pharmacovigilance and complaint handling compliance requirements Pay range: up to $26.78 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
