Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative with 3 to 5 years of proven customer support expertise. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, delivering exceptional client service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and support. Your energetic approach and strong interpersonal skills will help foster positive relationships with clients, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our team. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. Maintain accurate data entry records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, adhering to cash handling procedures. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements or sales growth. Requirements Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center or client support environment. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in additional languages are a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and outbound calling techniques. Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette standards, and customer support best practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.
