Account Coordinator work alongside with the Account Manager to ensure effective and regular communication with clients and proper management of client accounts. This position is responsible for daily follow ups with service providers and updating the database accordingly. We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, self-starter with intermediate computer skills, public relations skills and a positive attitude. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate with Account Managers in managing account activities and processes. Analyze and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner. Make daily follow up phone calls to update and close out work orders. Continually monitor all client service request to ensure that work orders are operating in a cost-effective manner. Communicate proposal and/or project specifications and changes to Account Manager and all operating departments via appropriate internal applications. Maintain positive working relationship with clients/service providers for business growth. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline. Qualifications and Skills Associate / Bachelor's degree preferred. Highschool Diploma/GED Required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and time management. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and others as required. Experience in vendor/customer relations and/or prior experience in an office setting.
