1 year of previous office experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Are confident with typing and computer multitasking Have the tech-savvy mindset to adapt fast Stay collected when things get busy Enjoy tackling questions and troubleshooting Bring positive, upbeat energy into every call or chat Comfortable occasionally working Saturdays and OT if needed

Responsibilities:

Answer emails & calls from the transportation department and customers/carriers Print inbound paperwork and outbound orders for the warehouse Assist in signing in/out drivers Check outbound trailers after loading Ensure inbound and outbound information is correct on the Google Doc spreadsheet What's in It for
