About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly self-motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to join our dealership customer care team. In this role, you'll be making effective outbound calls in huge numbers to potential sales customers to schedule appointments, answering questions, and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls in volume to sales leads and successfully create appointments that show.
