The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face and voice of Holy Pie Pizzeria. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring all food is prepared and served according to company standards. The CSR supports the store's daily operations by communicating clearly, working efficiently, and upholding the Holy Pie brand at all times. Guest Service Greet every guest warmly as soon as they walk in or call. Take accurate orders in-store, or over the phone. Answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions. Provide fast, friendly, and consistent service that creates repeat customers. Teamwork & Communication Communicate clearly with team members and managers. Support drivers and kitchen staff during rush periods. Follow direction from shift leads and management without resistance. Maintain a positive, respectful work environment. Professional Conduct Arrive to work on time, in full uniform, ready to work. No sitting down during rush or while tasks are incomplete. Represent Holy Pie Pizzeria with professionalism and courtesy. What Success Looks Like Provides friendly, accurate, consistent service. Keeps the store clean and stocked without being told. Follows recipes and procedures exactly. Respects management direction.
