Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Assistance/Insurance Sub-Agent to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting insurance sales, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs. You will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships, promoting insurance products, and contributing to our company's growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Assist clients with inquiries regarding various insurance policies including property, casualty insurance. (Personal & Commercial Lines) Conduct negotiations with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client information in the to the management systems, and maintaining accurate records. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized service Office and some sales experience is required. Multilingual abilities is a plus. Some experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and reporting is a plus. Some Knowledge of commercial insurance products including property, casualty insurance is a plus. Customer relationship building skills that foster trust and loyalty among clients is a plus. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Familiarity with Ezlynx management systems for managing client data and tracking sales activities is a plus Effective communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person
Pay:
$18,720.00 - $20,000.00 per year
