Manage multi-line phone systems to connect callers efficiently and handle high call volumes with confidence. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Support bookkeeping activities by handling basic invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies to uphold a professional environment. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and delivering outstanding customer service. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively. Previous office experience including front desk management, medical or dental receptionist duties, or administrative support roles. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Technical proficiency in data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in all responsibilities. Strong written communication skills for word processing, proofreading documents, and client correspondence.
