Full-Time Customer Service Representative Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love helping others and making a difference in their day? Zebulon Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Qualifications:
Extremely personable and outgoing A true multitasker who thrives under pressure Detail-oriented Professional, reliable, and a clear communicator Able to stay composed and kind in a sometimes chaotic environment Able to triage phone calls, manage invoicing/check out, appointment schedule flow, and emails Able to handle phone and in-person interactions with efficiency, competence, and kindness Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple software programs and systems Veterinary experience is preferred but not required. Applicants are encouraged to drop off their resume in-person. Cover letter should include answers to at least two of the following questions: A client shows up without an appointment and insists they need to be seen "right now." The schedule is full. How do you respond while maintaining professionalism and compassion? A client walks in visibly upset because they've been waiting 30 minutes past their appointment time. How would you handle the situation? A client calls and says their dog has been vomiting but they aren't sure if it's serious or not. They're asking you what they should do. How would you handle the call, and what would you say? A new client calls and says they're overwhelmed trying to schedule their pet's vaccines and wellness care. They don't even know what their pet needs. How would you guide them?
