Veterinary Reception Experience

PREFERRED

but not required. We are looking for an upbeat, positive, and reliable employee for a full-time receptionist / customer service representative position (CSR). Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays from 7:30AM-6PM . Must be comfortable with computers and multi-line phone system(s).

Position:

Full Time (40hrs), 4 x 10hr shifts

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls and emails Appointment Scheduling Handle Payments Client communication and coordinate between clients, veterinarians, and other team members Use a user friendly practice management software (Covetrus Pulse) Pay within the advertised range depends on experience and skillset .
