NECESSARY... Clean speaking voice & a Great Personality are a MUST. Cutter Automotive Galleries with multiple franchises with both new and used inventory. We are rapidly growing and we want you to be part of our success . Applicants should be driven and prior experience in wait staff, reception or customer service is preferred. Hourly & Incentive based on experience with available Monthly Bonus . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Receive inbound calls for inquires on new and used vehicles. Conduct outbound calls as directed by management. Maintain a friendly manner while answering inquiries from guests and providing related vehicle sales information. Maintain product knowledge and dealership vehicle inventory knowledge. Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
