Job Description

OVERVIEW
This is a temp to hire position at a transportation company in Burlington, IA. This position involves customer service duties, daily data entry and administrative support duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Perform daily data entry of railcar movements and charges. Perform clerical duties as needed throughout the office.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers Good customer service skills Ability to multi-task in an office environment Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively manage time Excellent typing, data entry, and computer skills including Word and Excel Must have a valid driver's license
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School Diploma/Equivalent
WORK HOURS/SHIFT
Monday•Friday 8:00 am•4:30 pm WAGE $18.00/hr
