Job Summary We are committed to delivering top-notch service and support to our customers and teammates. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work roughly 20 hours per week during our busy season from October to April. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-4:30, Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Phones:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
Walk-in Traffic:
Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Basic Transactions:
Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
Scan/Index:
Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
Order and Restock Supplies:
Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
Meeting Preparation:
Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
Mail/Distribution:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Years of Experience Previous office experience preferred but not required. Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
