Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling Project)(must be local to the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area) Position SummaryWe are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a specialized outreach project involving communication with medical offices and healthcare providers. This role will be responsible for making 60+ outbound calls per day to gather and verify information from doctors' offices, ensure accurate records, and maintain professional relationships throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can think on their feet, adapt to different conversations, and remain persistent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake 60+ outbound calls daily to physicians' offices and healthcare providers.
Gather, verify, and update information as part of a large-scale data collection project.
Build rapport with office staff and navigate conversations with professionalism and confidence.
Ask thoughtful questions to obtain accurate and complete information.
Handle objections, roadblocks, and unexpected situations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document interactions and update records accurately in company systems.
Follow established procedures while adapting communication style to different audiences.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
