What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email Serve as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding customers through projects and services Process orders accurately and ensure customer requests are completed on time Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines Operate production equipment and assist with project preparation and completion Package and prepare finished products for pickup or delivery Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth workflow from order intake through fulfillment Assist with local deliveries and customer pickups as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Valid driver's license and ability to make occasional local deliveries Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Previous industry experience is helpful but not required.
