Automotive Service Advisor Join a Growing Automotive Group and Build a Career with Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping customers maintain their vehicles with confidence. The ideal candidate is professional, driven, organized, and passionate about customer service. Whether you already have Service Advisor experience or bring strong customer-facing skills from a related industry, we are looking for someone who is committed to building lasting relationships and growing their career in the automotive industry. What You'll Do Greet and assist service customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Review vehicle history and inspect vehicles to help identify maintenance and repair recommendations. Present service, maintenance, parts, and accessory recommendations with confidence and integrity. Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and service explanations to customers. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, including updates on vehicle status, additional recommendations, and completion times. Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Confirm upcoming service appointments and conduct follow-up communication after repairs are completed. Perform final vehicle reviews prior to delivery and clearly explain completed work to customers. What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Professional, positive, and energetic attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
