What You'll Do Greet and assist service customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Review vehicle history and inspect vehicles to help identify maintenance and repair recommendations. Present service, maintenance, parts, and accessory recommendations with confidence and integrity. Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and service explanations to customers. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, including updates on vehicle status, additional recommendations, and completion times. Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Confirm upcoming service appointments and conduct follow-up communication after repairs are completed. Perform final vehicle reviews prior to delivery and clearly explain completed work to customers. What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Professional, positive, and energetic attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
