Job Description

Palmer Group's client is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in a long-term contract role. This role will focus on frontline support by helping customers, partners, and internal teams with product-related questions, policies, and issues. They will also handle a wide range of concerns to support customer satisfaction and retention across various products and services. !
Work Model:
On-Site 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00
PM What You Will Do:
Serve as frontline IT‑oriented support for product and service-related questions, addressing moderately complex issues and escalations Act as a primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, resolving inquiries and coordinating support as needed Document customer interactions, requirements, and follow‑up actions in support systems (e.g., CRM or ticketing tools) Collaborate with internal teams to support custom requests, issue resolution, and service delivery while maintaining a positive customer experience What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Strong communication and customer support skills with the ability to handle questions and resolve issues professionally Comfort working with computer systems, software applications, and basic troubleshooting or data management tasks Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑supported environment Willingness to work flexible hours and continue learning new tools, systems, and processes Bachelor's degree in business, ag, or math preferred; candidates without a degree should have a relevant technical certification demonstrating understanding of IT systems or database management

$19.50 per hour
