Role:

Parks Marina is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the connection between our customers and service technicians, you'll play a key role in making sure our boat owners get the expert care and communication they deserve. You don't need to know boats to succeed here — just bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and listen to their service needs and concerns Write up service tickets and create clear, accurate work orders Communicate with customers throughout the repair process with updates and timelines Coordinate between service techs, parts staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations Manage scheduling, invoicing, and service records using internal systems Learn and understand common boat systems (don't worry — we'll train you!) Help maintain an efficient, professional, and friendly service environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset Great organization and time management — multitasking is key Clear communicator with attention to detail Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry) Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a customer service, advisor, or coordination role is a plus
