As the primary connection between our customers and service department, you'll play a key role in creating a positive service experience, increasing customer loyalty, and contributing to the success of a growing dealership. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service and repair needs. Review vehicle history and recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. Provide clear explanations of service recommendations, estimates, and repair timelines. Communicate regularly with customers throughout the repair process, keeping them informed of vehicle status and any additional recommendations. Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery. Schedule and confirm service appointments while helping maximize shop productivity. Perform final vehicle reviews and clearly explain completed repairs and maintenance services. Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
