Hourly Range:

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Welcome customers, answer phones & help create an outstanding first impression. Assist with design ideas, product samples, estimates & customer quotes. Learn about flooring products & guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs. Build rapport with customers & educate them on product options, care & warranties. Keep customer information organized, process payments, schedule follow-ups & provide updates throughout each project. Support daily showroom operations including desk schedules, displays, up-tracking & service issues. Keep the showroom clean, organized & inviting for every customer. Participate in ongoing training to build your product knowledge & sales skills.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED) 1+ years' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services a plus but not required Fundamental tech, social media & math skills Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business Quick to help customers get what they need Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities Personal & professional judgment Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority Time management skills & detailed oriented Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Flooring or design experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
