Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems, hardware, and telecommunications equipment. Monitor system and equipment performance and verify data accuracy. Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and checklists. Assist with software testing and quality assurance activities. Generate system reports as requested. Process service requests, including installations, removals, and account changes. Work with field technicians by phone to assist with equipment installation and troubleshooting. Assist call center staff with customer support needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of networking and data communications. Ability to troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, and technical equipment. Familiarity with various operating systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and procedures.
