Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Front Desk Associates working evening shifts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette Manage front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office applications for scheduling, correspondence, and documentation Maintain organized office management systems to support daily operations Assist with calendar management and coordinate appointments or meetings as needed Requirements Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent phone answering skills with professional phone reception and multi-line phone system handling Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills, including client interaction and phone etiquette Ability to type accurately and quickly while maintaining attention to detail Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Personal assistant or office support experience is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences!
