Customer Service and Shipping for Nutritional Supplement Company

Responsibilities and Duties This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and is willing to take on different tasks and duties depending on the needs of the day with a positive attitude. Most of the time you will be focused on customer service and administrative projects, but you will also need to help in our shipping department and be responsible for assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Duties may include:

Customer Service Taking phone orders and assisting with health and nutrition related inquiries over the phone Assisting with live chats and customer emails as needed in our online ticket system Handling customer service issues including returns and reships Assisting local walk-in customers who come in to purchase products Learning about our product offering and how to answer common questions Inspiring others to take control of their health and live their best life! Shipping Learning the total shipping process in order to fill in when needed - this includes the full process from picking to packing orders using the Shipstation platform Assisting warehouse team with tasks as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for much of the day in our climate-controlled warehouse Administrative Tasks Assist company owner and management with various administrative tasks as needed - printing out documents, scanning, copying, sending emails, filing, incoming and outgoing mail, etc. Marketing Activities Assisting our marketing/website team with a variety of on-going projects - opportunities are abundant based on skills, talents and initiative shown! Qualifications and Skills Personal interest in natural and/or holistic health and wellness is a MUST! Experience in the natural health industry is a major plus! Proficiency in sales and customer service role E-commerce/shopping cart experience is a major plus, preferably with Shopify High comfort level with technology and ability to multitask and work between several online platforms at once Proficiency in using a web browser and Microsoft office applications Exceptional attention to detail to complete tasks fully and correctly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Warm and friendly demeanor on the phone and ability to provide an excellent customer experience as a representative of our company Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and fill in where needed Enthusiasm and positive attitude when speaking with customers and working in a small team

Work Hours:

20-25 hours/week

Monday-Friday 10am-3pm or similar
