Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints Front Desk & Customer Service Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor Direct walk-ins to the correct agent or department Answer phones and assist with basic questions Maintain a calm, helpful presence even during busy moments Office Support & Daily Operations Make office coffee each morning and keep common areas presentable Reset conference rooms after meetings (wipe tables, tidy chairs, remove trash) Clean small messes as needed (e.g., fingerprints on glass, spills) Restock copier paper, folders, marketing materials, and general supplies Maintain a weekly supply list and notify management when items need ordering Real Estate & Property Management Training Provided Learn property management workflows and administrative processes Assist with PM inspections (training provided) Support real estate marketing tasks such as listing prep, signage coordination, and basic online posting Grow into higher-level administrative responsibilities as skills develop
Qualifications:
