Pay Range:
$40,000-$45,000/year + bonus potential.ABOUT THE COMPANY

Champions. Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The expectation is that this candidate will also become a certified golf club fitter in the near future.Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Act as an internal point of contact for an assigned group of outside Sales Reps.
- Eventually develop into a Tour Edge Certified Club Fitter.
- Become a subject matter expert on all Tour Edge products and offerings, as well as golf technology as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A knowledge and passion for golf and golf equipment
- HS Diploma or Equivalent, College experience desirable.
- Advanced golf equipment technical knowledge is HIGHLY desirable.
