This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. Job Purpose and ImpactThe Customer Service Associate III will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Key AccountabilitiesPerform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.
Participate in executing customer service strategies.
Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned #LI-JG3 #LI-HybridQualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentMinimum of four years of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience overseeing a subset of day-to-day customer service activities.
Expanded verbal and written communication skills.
Previous Customer Service experiencePrevious experience with a heavy volume of phone calls.
Position DetailsThis position is posted both internally and externally.
The expected salary for this position is $45000•$60000.Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Cargill we put people first.
