This role is essential to delivering an excellent customer experience—from first contact through service completion. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers and field teams. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers Perform in-home estimates , accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in scheduling software Assist with administrative tasks and office support Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service and solutions Work hours 7am to 3:30PM (30 minute lunch break) Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry) Professional appearance and demeanor (for estimates and quality checks) Valid driver's license is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands' marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with the Molly Maid® franchise system within a specified geographical area.
