Summary/Job Scope:
To provide prompt, efficient customer service and coordinate the needs of the customer with the availability of the company's product and fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer calls. Taking, and inputting orders into the computer system. Coordinating the customers delivery needs with our fleet availability. Assisting customers with problems.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to read, interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group of managers, clients, customers and the general public. (Bi-Lingual - Spanish - Preferred) Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to everyday business situations.

Paid Maternity Leave Top Up Salary Range:
