The Customer Service Representative provides prompt, professional service to customers while coordinating product availability and delivery logistics. This role ensures a smooth customer experience by effectively managing orders, resolving issues and communicating across teams.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely and courteous manner Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system Coordinate delivery schedules based on customer needs and fleet capacity Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding order status and logisticsQualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical procedures Effective written communication skills, including report writing Comfort presenting information and responding to questions from customers, managers and the general public Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to everyday business situations.Seasonal Assignment Details:
This seasonal position typically runs through late fall (November) and resumes around April or May each year, depending on operational needs and business demand.Note:
