About the Position We are an established wealth management firm located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, seeking a mature, personable, and organized Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. Our team consists of four advisors, two staff members and two CSA's. We take pride in building quality, long-term client relationships and providing thoughtful, personalized, responsive service. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, polished, dependable, organized and comfortable working with advisors, our clients, our broker-dealer and other third parties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent client service, pays attention to the small stuff, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Previous experience in wealth management or financial services is helpful but not required. We are looking for the right person, not specific experience. No securities licenses are required. Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts and completing required paperwork online
• Coordinate account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and other client requests
• Assist with meeting preparation and other miscellaneous office activities
• Follow established procedures related to client confidentiality, compliance, and data security
• Learn and utilize the firm's technology, custodian, and client relationship management software Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional and personable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word, Excel and Adobe a plus
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information What We Offer
