Responsibilities:

Inspect damaged semi-trucks and determine repairs needed Prepare accurate estimates and work orders Communicate with customers, fleet managers, and insurance companies Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts department Order and verify parts Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated Identify additional damage and prepare supplements Review completed repairs and ensure all work is properly documented and billed Take photos and maintain accurate repair records

Qualifications:

Experience as a service writer or estimator in a body shop Heavy-duty truck experience preferred Strong knowledge of semi-truck body and collision repairs Ability to write accurate estimates and understand labor requirements Good computer and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders Experience with estimating software is a plus We are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, dependable, and understands heavy-duty truck body repair.

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
