Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations. Prepare food items following safety standards and company recipes, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare a variety of menu items in a timely manner. Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining surfaces, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage food handling procedures responsibly to ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with high-volume food industry environments. Proven skills in cashiering, retail sales transactions, and operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Customer service experience with a focus on serving guests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register balances. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and handling food safely is desirable for seamless service delivery.
